Gala Bingo’s 8 Million promotion
The latest TV advert from Gala Bingo is a little confusing and a bit of let down to say the least. This is not one massive game of Bingo with a tantalising £8,000,000 pot, but the added total of all their games this month. And every month!!!!

Free Bingo at a price!
I love Free Bingo games and really enjoy the no pressure atmosphere that you get in a game between games, but there are far too many Opt in games that have wagering requirements to get you to the FREE game, which means that the FREE game isn’t free!

Sliding Jackpots and the massive pay-outs…potentially
Just how effective is the Sliding Jackpot? As a means of getting your interest it is a fantastic tool, but realistically dropping the pot in the designated numbers (usually 40) is proving to be a massive task. But a one worth playing when you consider that there’s £2,000,000 in it if you win.

When did the Bingo-Hybrid games become popular?
Bingo has always been a popular game, but the newer versions of the game seem to take on a Bingo-Hybrid like existence. Pick a casino favourite and add Bingo seems to be the latest phase that most of the sites are experimenting with, and Tombola’s Bingo Roulette is genius.

Gadget Geek Deposit Special
The Gadget Geek special at Harry’s Bingo is a tough Bonus game to call as the wagering requirements are high, but is the pot is worth the effort? When the Bonus game has a wagering requirement of £25 Deposit and you need to make the “top player list”, is the pot worth your outlay?

How to win a Jackpot
A few years ago we tested the theory of “How to win a jackpot” at Tombola Bingo. What we revealed wasn’t so how a how to win, but more of a when you’re most likely to win. That theory still hasn’t changed, but the pot sizes are a little bigger and there are more winners than ever. In short, it’s not the game you play, but when to play. Here’s what we found.

The player Bonus busted
The player Bonus has always been the thing that gets new players through the door, or so every gaming platform thinks. Free this and Free that is a powerful aphrodisiac that works on us all, but at what cost. Is taking your Free player Bonus the best option, or should you look past the Bonus and play on without? Good Question!

Restricted territories apply
I love the term “Restricted territories apply”. I get it,
there are countries out that that we don’t want to be associated with or can’t
trade with such as Iran or North Korea. Then there are countries that block
online Gaming such as the USA or France, but why is Gibraltar or Isle of Man
(which isn’t a country) on the list??

Valentine’s Weekend and the Bingo Bonus booster
This weekend is Valentine’s Weekend and there’s no getting away from it. Unless of course you have no TV, no internet and no outside contact, then maybe, just maybe you’ll be spared. Failing that welcome to the club and Happy Valentine’s day. So what’s on?

Play before you pay
Play Before you pay is a simple concept and one that we advocate here on the MyBB Blog. It’s pretty straight forward, pick a Bingo site that has a “No Deposit” Bonus to start with. All you need to do then is register your Bingo/user name and add payment details. Now all you do is play your Bonus cash at no cost to you.

Dated updates lead to “new look” haters
The thing with technology is it needs updating, but dated updates lead to new look haters, and Bingo is no exception. Some of the technical up dates are great but they make the site look dull. This new “retro” look is starting to get a little old (excuse the pun). Time to put some sparkle back into the home pages and make the games look as good as they play. After all we players don’t just want the tasty pots, we want the fun and thrills too.

Online Gaming USA takes another hit
The status of Online Gaming USA has taken yet another hit as the US Congress try to reignite the online gambling issues with yet another attempt to place a federal ban on online gaming. If successful then the “Wire Act of 1961” which prohibits transmitting wagers (sports betting) could be expanded and include all forms of online gambling.

Bingo, how hard can it be?
I really have tried to get to grips with offline Bingo, but I am from the generation that never really got the Bingo thing and what's more, have always associated it with an old persons past time, right up to the point when I moved that is. I live opposite a new casino and on the second floor they have built a Bingo hall with great big glass windows so that people like me can see what they actually do in a Bingo hall. To my utter surprise the hall is filled nearly every night, and there are as many young players as there are old.
